Features

Extended Chassis

Based on an extended length, race winning, award receiving platform, this chassis offers unmatchable performance and stability for the everyday RTR driver. The 4mm thick chassis, shock towers, wheel hexes and wheel nuts have been anodized blue for a stylish, custom look.

NiMH Receiver Battery

A high-capacity 1400mAh NiMH receiver battery is included and ensures multiple runs between charges and plenty of power for the on-board electronics components.

Heavy-Duty Differential Cases

Heavy-duty silicone filled diff cases in the front, rear and center increase the driveline durability to help the vehicle withstand the demands and abuse of 1/8-scale RTR bashing and entry-level racing.

Sure-Close™ Fuel Tank with Pull

Designed for automatic and positive closure each time, the Sure-Close fuel tank lid prevents air from getting in the fuel system and negatively affecting performance. The pull allows for quick and convenient fueling during the big race or while keeping the backyard action going.

Heavy-Duty Brake Disks

Large, heavy-duty brake disks are proven to perform at a higher standard and will consistently slow down the 8IGHT 2.0 RTR when needed, even after accelerating to full speed. These are the same disks used in the 8IGHT 2.0 Race Roller.

Precision Steering Geometry and Servo Saver

Losi engineers increased the consistency of the servo saver's operation, making for a more efficient and easier-to-control chassis. A pressed-steel bushing in the Ackerman brace benefits steering precision, leading to more range of motion and a greater ability to withstand the abuse of 1/8-scale off-road action.

Rugged Radio Tray Design

The radio tray simultaneously increases response and reduces stress on the throttle servo by optimizing the position of the servos. This design allows for a durable servo mount and the increased precision from the throttle servo that is needed in a 1/8-scale buggy.

Race-Inspired Body Design

The pre-painted, fully decorated body boasts a custom look with its race inspired scheme designed to match the color anodized chassis. Intended for function, the body also allows for easy access to the fuel tank lid and other tuning needs.

The Losi 350 engine provides an optimal amount of power for the 8IGHT 2.0 RTR buggy whether dominating a race or just bashing in the backyard. This potent .21- sized performance engine, specifically built for the 1/8-scale off-road buggy and legal for sanctioned racing worldwide, offers great styling and a color anodized cooling head. A tuned pipe is also included for outstanding performance from the first time the engine is fired up.
